  • FILING GRIEVANCES/LABOR DISPUTES

    Before filing any grievance or contract disputes, be sure to contact a member of the 2141 E-Board or a Shop Steward to help with the process.

  • DISCIPLINE ISSUES

    KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! - Under our new contract, members have significantly more rights related to disciplinary and investigatory procedures.

    Key things to know: You are allowed to have a union observer in ANY meeting with a member of management that may potentially lead to discipline - If management does not make you aware of this fact, you may end the meeting immediately.

    The Department is also required to provide all members under potential investigation with a Garrity Warning.

    If you’re filing a workers comp claim, and would like support in doing so, use the contact form below, or reach out to your shop steward, or a member of the E-Board.

  • UNION REPRESENTATIVES

    The 2141 E-Board is elected by the membership at large, meaning the entire E-Board works for YOU! Below you’ll find the contact information for each member of the current E-Board.
